Update admin username, security questions, and password

To gain access to the Client Portal, you must have a verified and active email address.

Update your Client Portal login credentials

  • Click on the ‘Participants’ tab.

  • Select ‘Contacts.’

  • Scroll down to the name of the contact and select ‘Login Support.’

From here, you can update your username, update security questions, and reset your password.

Username

In the ‘Username’ box enter your new Username, scroll down to the bottom of the module, and click ‘Save and Close.’

Security Questions

Select the question you would like to answer. Add your answer to the box, then click ‘Save and Close.’

Password

Click the ‘Update Password’ button to save. If needed, you can also send a ‘Forgot Password’ link from the login homepage.

Password Rules

Your new password must:

  • Be 12 or more characters long.

  • Include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one symbol.

  • Not contain your last name, first name, or username.

Email Confirmation and Administration

  • Each change you make will prompt an email confirmation to be sent to you as part of our Fraud Prevention Policies.

  • Only administrators can update email addresses on file.

Update an account for another admin user

Only Super Users or a contact that has the permissions to modify contacts can perform the following.

  • Go to Company > Contacts.

  • Scroll down to the ACTIVE CONTACTS section and find name of the contact to update and select ‘Login Support.’

  • From the Login Support popup, you can:

Update a Username:

  • In the ‘Username’ box, enter a new username.

  • Click ‘Update Username’ and close the window if finished.

Update an Email:

  • Enter a new email in the ‘Email’ and ‘Re-enter Email’ boxes.

  • Click ‘Update Email’ and close the window if finished.

    • Note: only Super Users can modify an email.

  • Click ‘Send Verification Email’ so the user can verify their new email address.

Send a Verification Email:

Either modify the email address using the steps above or verify the email address is correct and click ‘Send Verification Email’ so the user can verify their email address.
