Weâre reimagining the experience to help clients navigate the information they need quicklyâ saving time and making every moment count. Clients will benefit from a fresh, streamlined, easy to use design, including the following enhancements:
Search: An updated layout makes navigation easier and more aligned with other applications you use in your day-to-day.
Redesigned 'Show Allâ participant page: Quickly expand or collapse to make updates, enter a qualifying event, or process a rehire. âŻâ
Participant accounts: See the big picture or drill down. You can now sort or filter to view more detailed participant data, such as qualifying event information, notices, and billing details.âŻâ
Participant activity: Expand to view participant activity, apply filters, or search by keyword.â

Passkey Rollout for EZ Receipts in Phases Through 2026
A passkey lets you log in with your Face ID, fingerprint or device PIN â so you don't have to remember a password. They are safe, fast, and phishing-resistant to keep your funds, personal and health data protected from fraud.
Rollout of passkey for the HealthEquity mobile app began in 2025, and we are now working to rollout passkey for the EZ Receipts mobile app in phases throughout 2026. Setting up passkey is simple and average less than two minutes.
HSA Transfer-In Experience
Weâve enhanced the HSA Transfer-In Experience to simplify how members bring existing HSA funds into HealthEquity. This update replaces a manual, paper-based transfer request with a digital submission experience, making it easier for members to initiate inbound HSA transfers and understand what to expect throughout the process. This enhancement improves the member experience without requiring any action from partners, brokers, and employers.
Faster Trade Settlement and Funding
Members have access to investedš HSA funds with improvements to trade settlement and funding. These upgrades reduce the settlement time between trade execution and funding, improves the status visibility during the investment process, and will have fewer delays caused by manual or overnight processing.
Mobile Schwab Health Savings Brokerage Account (HSBA) Enrollment²
Members with Schwab HSBA eligibility will be able to initiate enrollment directly from the mobile experience, reducing friction and improving discovery for investment features. Upgrades include:
Mobile entry point to begin Schwab HSBA enrollment
Clear eligibility messaging and next steps within the app
Guided handoff to complete required enrollment actions
Existing Schwab HSBA eligibility rules and requirements still apply, as well as continuing employer configuration and setup.

Marketplace Available to Active HSA and Eligible FSA Members
HealthEquityâs marketplaceÂł expands member access to healthcare solutions within the HealthEquity experience. The offering broadens access to high-demand categories while maintaining existing benefit structures and requiring no employer administrative lift.
Offerings include:
Medical Weight Loss (GLP-1s): virtual clinical screening, prescribing (if applicable), medication management, and follow-up care delivered through Agile Telehealth (powered by OpenLoop Health).
Effective in March 2026:
Launch of lower dose GLP-1 options
Expanding clinical pathway options for medically eligible members
No changes to plan design, contribution limits, or employer administration
Womenâs Health: Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and menopause symptom support delivered via virtual care.
Wearables (Oura Ringsâ´). Direct purchase for Oura Ring devices and subscriptions.
