The Plan Design Visibility feature gives administrators access to key benefit plan configuration details directly within the Client Portal. This feature allows you to quickly view information such as runout periods, carryover amounts, eligibility rules, and other important plan settings.
Accessing Plan Design Visibility
Follow these steps to view your plan configuration details:
From the dashboard, go to Employee Info > Reimbursement Plan Summary.
This page lists all your available reimbursement plans.
Click on the name of the plan you'd like to review. This will open the Plan Design Visibility page for that specific plan.
On the Plan Design Visibility page, you’ll see a read-only view of your plan’s configuration, including:
Runout period dates
Maximum carryover amounts
Eligibility criteria
Plan status and key dates
Other details specific to your plan
Note: Dates are inclusive, meaning they end on the day stated.
