Does HealthEquity offer or provide assistance complying with statutory FSA/DCFSA communications?

Yes. HealthEquity extends support in ensuring compliance with statutory Flexible Spending Account (FSA)/Dependent Care FSA (DCFSA) communications. Depending on the communication, we can either directly send it to your employees or provide it to you for dissemination among them.

Do you provide any plan documentation in Spanish?

Yes. There are communications in Spanish, located in the client portal under the Communications Gateway tab. Be sure to disable pop-up blockers so the Open Enrollment Toolkit page can open. From here, select the product you need, and Spanish flyers will be available for you to download.

Does the employee receive a welcome packet with information on how Dependent Care works?

The new employee will receive a welcome email once enrollment has been entered and their profile is created. This email will give the employee directions on how to register and access their personal account and includes a Quick Start Guide which includes specific plan essentials.

Employees can also search the member help center when logged in to their account to find more specific information on dependent care.
