Reimbursement Account Reports

Learn about the different reports available in the employer portal to help manage reimbursement accounts.

On the employer portal dashboard, reports can be accessed from the reimbursement account snapshot. From any other page of the portal reports can be accessed from the 'Reports' tab.

Reimbursement Account Reports

Report Name

Report Description

Select a date range and view a list of claim payments. View payment information including: date of payment, payment method (virtual card, check or card transaction), amount and payee (employee or provider paid).

Report details: employee name, employee ID, department, account type, payment date, payment type, payment amount and payee.

View details of processed claim information for each employee, the plan the claim was paid from, when it was paid, how it was paid, payment amount and if it was a reimbursement to the employee or payment to the provider.

​Report details: employee name, employee ID, date processed, date of service, patient name, amount paid and payment information.

Claim payment detail that is able to be filtered by date range and shows the members name, the plan the claim was paid from, when it was paid, how it was paid and payment amount.

This report includes: employee name, employee ID, plan, type of payment used (ACH or check), description of payment, credit or debit and total balance.

View plan liability, total funds received and claims paid. This report allows you to track the election amount against the claims paid from a plan and may be filtered by plan year and account type.

Report details: funding schedule, start date, prefund percent, prefund amount, total election amount, total claims paid, funding received, available balance, claims pending and funding pending.

Track each employees progress toward reaching their deductible. View how much is needed before the HRA funds will pay out. The report displays the employee and each dependent.

Report details: employee name, collective deductible, collective deductible met, member deductible and member deductible met for each member/dependent.

This report tracks employees who have not provided substantiation for certain card transactions. There are two columns: one showing claims paid in the last 90 days and the other column showing claims paid in 90+ days. Overpayments are claims where the paid amount is greater than the allowed amount and occurs often with adjusted claims or invalid substantiations. The report can be sorted by plan year and plan type.

View each employees rollover deposits, election amount, total deposits and claims, claims allowed, denied and paid, fees paid, plan balance and plan start and end date. You also can view the year-to-date (YTD) balance. Note: Each monetary field is totaled at the bottom of the page.
