A broker ID is needed in order to grant a broker access to the employer portal.
If you haven't yet, please register as a Broker prior to completing the steps below.
Grant Broker Access to the Employer Portal
Click on Company Detail > Assign Broker/Agency.
Select the βI have a Broker/Agencyβ radio button.
Enter the broker/agency name or ID and click Search.
If the broker/agency is not found, please fill out the form linked at the bottom of this article in its entirety.
Select the broker/agency.
Add their βEffective Dateβ (the date they became your broker/agency on record).
Tick the 'Allow your Broker/Agency to have access to your Employer Portal' checkbox.
You also have the option of allowing the broker to make reimbursement account plan changes β tick that checkbox if you want them to have that access as well.
Select role permissions and email notifications you would like your broker to have.
You can learn more about role permissions and notifications in this article.
Click 'Save' to apply your changes.
Authorize a Broker to Complete Renewals

Click the username of the broker.

Click βSaveβ to apply your changes.

Scroll to the βNotifications-Only Usersβ section and click Add User.
Fill out the brokerβs information and select which email notifications they should receive. Tip: Hover over the email options to learn more about each one.
Click Save to add the Notification-Only user.
