What reports do I have access to?

A list of reports can be scheduled for delivery to the client website. Go to the Scheduled Reports tab to see the available reports.

For additional reports, select the Reports tab and then select Eligibility. The reports available to you are COBRA Continuation Pending, Status of COBRA Continuant, and Status of Direct Bill Participant.

Also, under the Reports tab when you select Monthly you’ll find the Premium Statement, Fee Invoices, Client Remittance Reports, Carrier Remittance Reports, 941 Subsidy Report, and Subsidy Admin Fee Detail Report.

Another report you can view when you select Reports and then select Exception, is a Returned Mail Report.

Can I change the scheduled reports that are sent to me?

You may view new reports, look up the history of scheduled and sent reports, and make updates to reports others receive. Select Reports, then select Scheduled Reports, and under each eligibility report there is an Update button next to recipient where you can change who the reports are sent to.

You have the option to select Remove to remove anyone who doesn’t need to see the reports or choose from a drop-down list to select who to send reports out to. Click the Add New Contact button to provide additional names of who needs to receive reports.

Where do I find participants’ COBRA status?

If you select Search and then select Participant Search, you can view or update employees or dependent records. You can search for a participant’s information by Social Security number, employee name, and hire date. When you select an individual participant, you can see their COBRA status.

How can I find what notices have already been sent?

If you need to find the notices that have been sent for a specific person, you can select Participant, then select Search and use criteria fields to search for the person. Then select the View button on the right side of the screen, scroll down, and a section called Notices will appear to show you all the notices that person has been sent.

If you need an all-encompassing list of participants who have been sent notices, you will need to open a case online or contact Client Services to help you get that information.

How do I export data?

You can go to the Export tab and it will allow you to extract some of your data from the system, including data for your active employees, enrolled and pending COBRA participants, and enrolled Direct Bill participants.
