How do I find active and pending participants?
From the client website, click on the Participants tab.
Click on the View tab.
The page will list those who are active and pending participants.
You have two options:
Electing COBRA: a pending participant.
Continuing COBRA: an account holder who has elected and made payment and is currently active on COBRA.
How can I view the status of participants?
From the client website, click on the Participants tab.
Click on the View tab.
This will show the status of the participants as either pending or active.
You can search for a specific participant record by entering their Social Security number, name, account number or other information.
Note: Social Security numbers can be entered with or without hyphens. Also, when searching by name, users do not need to enter the whole name.
How do I update participant information?
From the client website, click on the Participants tab.
Click on the Search tab.
There are several criteria you can use to search a person:
Social Security number
Name
Account number
Once you have located the participant, there is an Update button on the right side of the screen.
Click Update to make any changes for that participant.
How do I add participant information?
To add a new participant:
In the client website, select Participants from the top menu option.
A new set of gray sub-menu options will appear. Select the Add option.
Enter the new employee’s Social Security Number and the system will search for an existing Social Security number.
Complete all fields and click Next.
You can review the information on the Data Verification page.
Select Finish to save the new employee’s data. A confirmation page will appear showing that the employee and associated dependent(s) were processed in the system.
When an employee returns, how do I process a rehire?
In the client website, click on the Participant tab. At this level you have the option to search for a specific participant record by entering in their social security number, name, account number or other information.
Note: social security numbers can be entered with or without hyphens. Also, when searching by name, users do not need to enter the whole name.
Once you locate the employee you want to rehire, click the Rehire button on the right side.
Complete all the required information for that individual.
Enter in the date of their rehire to complete the process.
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click Next.
Then click Finish to save the changes.
